WINE SEMINAR - "THE GREAT UNKNOWN'S"

Please join our special guest Michael Rugers on a festive and educational journey into wine regions and grape varietals that are off the beaten path to most every day wine consumers or whom some like to call "ABC Wines - anything but Chardonnay or Cabernet."  From the ancient vines of the Rhone Valley, a journey to Burgundy for a true methode Chamenois sparkling wine, to an enticing big bold red from California this limited seating engagement will be sure to surprise, educate and entertain. Event is limited to first 50 attendees. Attendees to this event will get to bypass the wristband line and head straight to the festival! Located at the Coastal Living Cooking Stage.

GRAND WINE TASTING
5-8 p.m. Friday & 1-5 p.m. Saturday at The Village of Baytowne Wharf
The pouring of hundreds of domestic and international wines makes for a grand event indeed. Representatives from vineyards from across the globe will be available to entertain questions, offering a rare opportunity to learn about the finest appellations from all major producing countries in all varieties, styles and price ranges. Visit the Culinary Pavilion and sample delicious fare paired with wines.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is always open to the public. Even during special events, guests are welcome to visit the shops and merchants. Non drinking festival guests are welcome to attend the Grand Wine Tasting with their friends at no charge--they will not receive a wristband or tasting glass. Must be at least 21 years of age to taste wines.

RETAIL TENT
After visiting the festival, head to the Retail Tent and purchase your favorite wines without ever leaving the event. Retail tent is open from 2pm-9pm Friday and 10am-8pm on Saturday and 10-2pm on Sunday. Located at the Baytowne Marina.
