Winemaker Dinners at Baytowne Wharf

Restaurants will offer a variety of dining experiences at different price points.  Menus will be prepared to pair with featured wineries.  More informatoin will become available.

Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation's Patron Dinners (start times vary by dinner)

Dine at some of the Emerald Coast’s most exquisite homes and establishments during the 2012 Patron Dinners. Each Patron Dinner will feature a nationally-recognized chef paired with a world class, celebrity vintner. The dinners provide a unique opportunity to interact with fellow wine enthusiasts while enjoying innovative cuisine and the world’s finest wines. This year, Friday night events will include a bourbon seminar (more info to come), wine & cheese seminar, winemakers and shakers, AND the opening of the Retail Tent. 

WINE & CHEESE SEMINAR

Chef Michel will guide you through a variety of artisanally made cheeses from Stone Hollow Farmstead of Harpersville, Alabama.  All paired with wines from the Vineyard Brands collection.  A local creamery with international wines!  Limited seating available.  5pm-6:30pm.  $35 per person.  Grand Lawn.  Tickets available soon. 

Winemakers & Shakers – Wine World Destin:

Enjoy samplings of some of the best wines in the industry and meet representative from various wineries featured throughout the festival. Winemakers and shakers will be available to share expertise at this pre-dinner wine tasting at Wine World Destin. Gourmet cheeses and meats will be provided. Grand Wine Tasting:

1 - 5 p.m. at The Village of Baytowne Wharf Pouring of more than 800 domestic and international wines makes for a grand event indeed. Representatives from more than 80 vineyards from across the globe will be available to entertain questions, offering a rare opportunity to learn about the finest appellations from all major producing countries in all varieties, styles and price ranges. Visit the Culinary Pavilion this year, featuring a Mediterranean theme and other culinary fare paired with wine.  The Village of Baytowne Wharf is always open to the public.  Even during special events, guests are welcome to visit the shops and merchants.  Non drinking festival guests are welcome to attend the Grand Wine Tasting with their friends at no charge--they will not receive a wristband or tasting glass.  Must be at least 21 years of age to taste wines. Purchase tickets before the event for $85/$95 day of.

This year’s exciting Walkabout and Auction will be held at the world-renowned Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It will feature distinctive wines from internationally acclaimed vintners, poured and paired with fine cuisine created by a selection of the area’s top chefs. While wining and dining, attendees will enjoy live music and the excitement of a silent and live auction.
