Culinary Pavilion

 This 2011 Culinary Pavilion, included in ticket price, will focused on the wine, food, and culture of Spain.

 

Sample traditional Spanish cuisine including:

  • ·       Manchego, Mahon and Murcia al Vino cheeses
  • ·       Chorizo and Jamón Serrano (dry cured ham)
  • ·       Spanish olives and olive oil
  • ·       Spanish nuts including the “fruit” of the Mediterranean classic  “Marcona” almond
  • ·       Turrón – a candy-like sweet indulgence created by the Moors over 1,000 years ago from Marcona almonds and honey
